“ This review has been pending for a few months now .We were in Arizona on a business trip . We're very excited to see an Indian grocery store & resturant showed up in our map's We stopped by this place was neat , clean and big indian super market . We walked around all the sections . Where you can get any thing and everything for an Indian kitchen. They also had a small resturant which was buzzing with customer . We had the food and it was amazing good . In AZ you are allowed to dine in restaurant. Not like CA .Mask is a must . We also had the pleasure of meeting the two owners of Lotus grocery store . I guess shop till drop . Then eat at the indian cafe . If I remember they also had a small section indian Jewllery & clothes or was it for eyebrow . Not very sure . If you are in AZ you need any Indian , grocery , incense, any indian veggies, etc for your indian kitchen this is the pace to go . When ever we are in back AZ will come and visit this place . ”

“ One of my favorite places to shop they also have a pretty good selection of pots and pans that are inexpensive and also come with glass lids and ceramic handles that you can hold a pot while you're cooking without burning your hands. Walking through their soup isle is wonderful I love the vegetarian noodles soups that are very delicious. They have some wonderful tea cookies there that are very crunchy and buttery and just wonderful with tea. Their canned juices are wonderful and they have some Aloa Verde juice with chunks of the Aloa in the can very tasty. Their seafood and butcher shop is a large selection and very fresh fish . They also have an aisle with a lot of dishes and bowls that are very colorful and decorative. The best part of the store is all foreign products that come from out of the United States get a 10% discount. The staff in the store are all very nice and a very clean store. I enjoy shopping here because it's like a trip around the world , Which I have done extensive travel and I'm tired of getting on planes coming to this market is like going to a different part of the world again ”

“ I was in the area and I had actually never heard of this place. The parking lot is huge and by the looks of it, this location used to be a Walgreens. We walked in and decided to go down every aisle. They had a lot of produce we had never heard of, and some yummy looking drinks as well. The shelves were stocked and they had a lot of merchandise. The floors did look a bit dirty though and some of the shelving looked over run. The employees were stocking shelves but none said hi. We ended up walking out with several goodies that we were excited to try out. They have a restaurant with Indian cuisine and plenty of seating. Prices are reasonable! The cashier was friendly and helpful when we had questions. ”

“ This grocery store has everything that you would need for an Indian pantry. You'll have a large selection of Indian masalas, daal's, pickles, chips and snacks, fresh produce- okra, mini eggplant, herbs- mint and others, Kerala, tomatoes, bell peppers, parathas and ready made frozen dishes, Himalayan salt, black salt, other salts, tons of Indian sweets, much more. If you are too lazy to spend time in the kitchen, just grab a seat at the adjoining Lotus restaurant for a variety of Indian dishes freshly made. The staff is friendly and the service is quick I've tried both options- cooking at home, and grabbing a bite at the restaurant. They both work, it just depends on how motivated you are to eat. Ps. On my way into the store, there is also an alterations store and an eyebrow threading place. Random, I know, get your groceries, eat dinner, get your clothes altered to fit you, and have great eyebrows all at one location. How fantastic is that! ”

“ Lotus International Market is a one stop shop for all Indian grocery needs. This location is bigger and better than their store in Phoenix. They are usually fully stocked. I've not faced any issues with stock of items except that they only run out of curry leaves almost every time! The Lotus Deli Restaurant inside the store has yummy Indian snack food options. ”

“ Hello? Forget Whole Foods and Sprouts! This is now going to be my store for Indian Vegan packaged foods! So pleased to have found this hidden gem in Mesa. I normally get my pouches of Chaana Masala, Jaipur Vegetables, Palak Paneer and other packaged Indian food at specialty food stores until I found this market. So much cheaper! The containers of Ghee and coconut oils are inexpensive too! If you check-in at the store, you'll get an additional 5% discount. You can also sign up for the rewards system based on points, so that's another savings for those of you who are budget conscious. The Lotus deli is inside the market, so it's a perfect spot to grab lunch, and do some shopping too! ”

“ It's been a while since I was here and I forgot how to order, but, the cashier was kind and patient and figured out what the heck I wanted. That's tough at the end of a day. As usual, this place surpasses my expectations. For me, as a vegetarian, I always get the paneer wrap and butter masala. It's to die for! ”

“ This review has been long overdue.Ever since i moved to Phoenix Lotus has been my only choice for Indian Groceries and Spices.Although i'm not a fan of the fresh produce especially some of the green vegetables they do a pretty great job on everything else. 9 out of 10 times i have found the masala's and whole spices i need for everyday cooking. The different varieties of Rice is something every Indian home needs with the papad and pickle. They have a good frozen section from where i like to get paratha's,dosa's and sweets. The market also has a cute little restaurant which serves vegetarian Indian food. The store is a decent size and the products are easy to find, if you need anything just ask the person at the cash counter they are always happy to help.But it does get awfully crowded on weekends. They have now opened a second one somewhere in North Phoenix and Yes you get a 5% off with Yelp Check-in. Cheers! ”
